@benz145 Hi all! I’m Rory Mitchell, XR director and producer. I started making 360 videos in ‘14 to bring theater and docs into VR, like our intimate romantic drama “The Visigoths” at Cannes in 2019. Now I’m using volumetric video and photogrammetry to tell cinematic stories in AR.

The closure is due to high winds and a blowing dust storm, which have created hazardous travel conditions with extremely low or no visibility. These dangerous conditions have led to multiple vehicle pileups and crashes that happened earlier this evening. The affected area is located north of Pecos, Texas. While the number of injuries is currently unknown, the Texas Department of Public Safety is urging the public to avoid the area and stay away for their safety

@Lucas_Shaw Yup. It was kind of cumbersome/awkward going to youtube to tune in to KTLA and KCAL's live coverage there since I dont have cable or an antenna anymore. But the professionalism, choppers and access was a balm. I watched more of them in the last 5 days than last 5 years.
