I'm an Army vet. In 1971, at Fort Ord, special processing detachments (temporary stockades) were full of returning Vietnam vets who'd turned anti-war, or had drug histories, or gone AWOL, or all three. Vietnam was a misbegotten war and they knew it. Young Russian men know it too.
