Let me tell you something about Akash. During a project at Berkeley, I accidentally deleted our entire codebase 2 days before the deadline. I panicked. Akash just stared at the screen, shrugged, and rewrote everything from scratch in one night—better than before. We submitted early and got first in the class. Many such stories. I trust him with everything I own.

Canada has turned a blind eye to being used as a training ground for foreign countries, gangs and terrorist groups. Books were written warning about this. Two great books warning us about what was happening: No Border by @CandiceMalcolm and Willful Blindness by @scoopercooper. If our leaders had listened to the people who told us Canada was being used to smuggle drugs and terrorist supply into the United States, we would not be where we are today. Yet, again today, we are ignoring the same people. They are right again. The solution is not bombastic talk. Everyone knows Canada cannot maintain high tariffs on the United States for long. The solution is simple: secure the border, deport the criminals, and make Canadian citizenship mean something again.
