Privacy musings from a non priv/acc I've sometimes hesitated to post about privacy. That feeling of "this isn't really my arc" when you're surrounded by brilliant privacy minds... But supporting your team's mission doesn't always mean being the expert in that particular field. As I've become more active on X, I've been reflecting deeply about my own connection and feelings about privacy as someone whose world revolves around human connection, potential and psychology. When you think about it: privacy and people? They're inseparable. It's fundamentally about how we show up, express ourselves, grow, and connect in digital spaces. In the physical world, privacy comes naturally. We choose our spaces, our moments, our audience. But online? That choice largely doesn't exist (yet). What fascinates me is how this affects our authentic expression, especially for upcoming generations who are growing up in a world where every thought, every post, every like is permanent. The mental load of constant digital self-surveillance is real. As someone passionate about psychological safety and positive mental health, this hits home. Now that we're more chronically online than ever, is the lack of digital privacy quietly shaping how people (especially younger peeps) develop, express themselves, and navigate their careers? It just goes to show how privacy intersects with every aspect of our digital lives - from data security to human expression and everything in between. I genuinely get more excited every day seeing our team push the boundaries of what's possible with privacy tech. The implications ripple out in fascinating ways... Curious - for those of you who aren't privacy experts or fanatics, how do you think about your relationship with digital privacy? Has it evolved?

@CoinEmpress @chippedsocial Such a great book! My biggest takeaway was that words are like magic - both positive and negative. Itβs your power of creation. Enjoy Paris β€οΈ

Very excited for this! Crypto is built on code, but its real power lies in the people behind it. Looking forward to sharing insights with anyone and everyone building teams in web3!

@zackilsch21 Completely get that! itβs easy to become desensitized when breaches and risks feel constant. But as more of our lives move online, itβs only going to become more important
