@DrParimalGharia I am a conventional urologist and plan my puncture and tracts on the basis of a proper imaging study, either IVU or CT IVU or if circumstances demand a Plain CT KUB. I don't think this film is one of those 3

I guess one needs to re learn the procedure if the percentage of similar complication is significantly less in the hands of others.....

@sbinhamrii @PETRAurogroup in ureter I would still go at lower watts...0.40 joules and 15 frequency initially and once stone gets smaller 0.20*30...6 watts all the time
