@ukclimate @adasYEN We think that success in effecting adequate crop nutrient uptake may differ consistently between farms over years, but farm variation is no doubt caused by many other factors, not least the skills and motivations of the farmers. NB after its vv wet winter, 2020 was dry then dull.

@PowlsonDavid @EddieGeo65 @KenGiller We are not trying to replace other analyses .. but good field-specific nutrition decisions need lots more than one unreplicated soil analysis. Analysis at harvest is much under-valued, as is inter-farm data sharing or 'benchmarking'. See my latest talk via
