Wife wanted a barn. So I dragged one home with my D7 today from a mile and a half away, built in 1950, 5 compartment grain bin will soon be converted to a horse barn, 74 years old and moved like a champ. The old boys knew how to build em to last!

All good things come to an end, today is my last day at Nutrien Arborfield/Peesane, Crop Production just isn’t for me so have decided to move on, thanks to Phil, Jeremy, Emily, Donna, and all the support staff. Had a great time working with you all. All the best.

Managed to get dad out for a combine ride today while we demo to River Run Farms on dads old home 1/4, poor canola crop south of Tisdale this year but he’s farmed for his whole life and said he remembers worse.

That’s a testament on how important it is to hook up your safety chain! Hyd hoses, air hoses, monitor wiring, woulda all been ripped off, thankfully this producer caught it in time!
