On Tuesday I went to a presentation by tree expert Professor Fujii, who went to look at the transplanting (trees are being moved to other parts of Jingu Gaien) and he was horrified. The trees are being transplanted in a sloppy way and are likely to die.

FROM ROCHELLE; The first phase of the tree felling and transplanting began in the fall and is almost complete. Very sad to see large beautiful trees be cut down.
