As a 7 year old I was bought a fake ‘holiday’ version of this shirt from Magaluf in ‘92 by my uncle. Papin 9 emblazoned on the back.
Now I’ve got the real thing.

I’m going to try and collect the shirt worn by all the Champions League winners.

If Adidas had used this design for Boro I’d be would’ve sold more than any Boro shirt in history.
Love the stripes and for a ‘stadium’ style shirt the material is actually really nice.

Is not a case of not being backed, it’s a case of continuing to bring in players we want. If nothing else happens this window so be it.

Picked up a couple of shirts today.
Brazil 91-93 away which is a stunner and was given to me by my father-in-law. Immaculate condition.
Everton 94-95 home which is another great one - remember them beating United in the ‘95 cup final in it.
Price - £2 from a charity shop!
