@JonGree10628880 @EverythingRebs Duke was 9-3 with its only losses to SMU and at Ga Tech and Miami. Beating them at home was a good win. They could have easily been a top 25 team. Certainly the equivalent of Missouri, one of the wins Bama is crowing about.

@deebread7 @aterry65 “Record vs ranked teams” is so arbitrary. SMU beat Duke and Louisville, who are 27 and 28th, in this week’s AP poll. If they are ranked like the should, SMU is now 2-2. And there is no way Duke shouldn’t be ranked. Their three losses are at Ga. Tech, at Miami and vs. SMU in OT.

@granthpaulsen LOL. Eagles beat a good team in a game thousands of miles from home in a stadium that has never hosted and NFL game. New running back behind a new center scores multiple touchdowns. Score would have been more lopsided if not for a slow start likely due to field conditions. 🙄

Sure, they really wanted to get Michigan, but that is a real can of worms. And probably an actual crime, as opposed to advanced scouting, which is a rules violation.
