In this new paper, w @adoerr1507, we show the long-term effects of a job training program for vulnerable workers in Chile. Overall, the program shows no effect on labour market outcomes. However, the effects were better in high-quality training providers.

In this new publication, with JJDiaz & @gdrosas, we use an experimental design and administrative data over 10 years in Peru & find that Projoven short-term effects quickly disappear, and the program has no effects in the medium or longer term:

In this paper, w. @RichardFreund13 & @gdrosas, we provide evidence on the effects of a job training programme with Coursera in Costa Rica. We find low completion, no significant effect on labour market outcomes &⬆️in post-secondary education enrolment.

In this publication, w. @MarceloGantierM & Andrea Repetto, we find that in 7 LAC countries, enrolment in tertiary education is + related to perceived education returns and that this association differs across individuals in relevant domains.
