@fitbit @FitbitSupport @Google the case of frustration continues. 120 days since I was promised a replacement which 5 weeks ago changed to promised refund - a dozen calls and 2 dozen follow-ups and no result. All after google takeover. Ref#1-8720000036081.

@FitbitSupport sent me some random page on how to sync the timezone. After using Fitbit for many years - I know how to do that. Don’t question my intelligence. Should’ve had the decency to accept the bug/outage. After 12hrs of that outage someone seems to have fixed it.

@FitbitSupport since the takeover by Google, Support is as good as dead. Many months ago I was promised a replacement as my broken Fitbit was within warranty. Scores of emails have gone unanswered. Calls are an eyewash. Latest support ticket 1-8720000036081 - no response.
