They called me on Thursday! Their quality manager told me that it is manufactured in Gujarat they have filters n all, they have no idea how the plastic ended in the icecream i bought! I asked them to email me a report but they kept on insisting to meet “in person”@Amul_Coop Y?
They created a complaint and closed it! I mean!!! Whatt??? Such a poor customer service. I literally found a piece of plastic in their icecream and they acted like it was nothing. @fssaiindia @Amul_Coop

Update: well there is no one from @Amul_Coop’s team who contacted me from 2 days! I want to file a case against this unhygienic risky product in consumer court! Anyone here can guide me please?
