@MikeHudema To use land and to destroy the local ecology for this kind of use is also unsustainable. Isn’t that clear by now? Why do we want to push large scale, centralised solutions when it’s been proven to be absolutely devastating for the ecology?

@cmohry Giving the still wild & forested areas the protection of a sanctuary or a park should be the first step. Please move this project under the aegis of forest department, give area proper protection under the law & then and only then think of monetising in order to restore the area

@MunCorpGurugram Dear MCG, waste to energy plants are toxic and deadly as well as financially untenable. Leave alone that the site picked foe this plant is in an ecologically sensitive area. This is a waste of taxpayers (our) money. Needless to say this too will not solve our waste issues.
