Not sure if you have seen this article today but it seems goading is a common practice at the moment. It’s refreshing to see this actually backfired and the consequences are known. I can’t help but notice people are intentionally attempting to cause an escalation, why? Who benefits from this?

I can think of two angles you have missed Jim, 1) Land values are too high locking out potential Mum and Dad developers, how could we access more land I wonder 🤔 and 2) and number two which is the biggest elephant in the room and a direct result of government policy, immigration. Cut immigration and the demand along with it. A bubble cannot go on forever.

@Dazzaat If someone has a bit of time spare they should turn up, at the time this was happening someone leaked photos from the WhatsApp’s group that was co-ordinating this, from memory it was a group of lawyers which would explain the suppression order on their contact details.

Potentially a controversial take but innovation occurs as a result of high levels of testosterone mixed with a passion to explore and solve problems. Where does this occur mostly? In young men. When we are younger we are more experimental but as we age we become more conservative in our outlook. I believe music is a great example of this, how many great artists are still making great innovative music into their 40s and 50s?

500,000 views and yet no followers. What message do you take from this? If I see something I like I follow it so I don’t miss the next release. If 500,000 people see a post and choose not to follow the author it tells me there’s 500,000 people who looked once and thought that’s not worth seeing again.

@tanya_plibersek Sure and let strangers raise my children that I never get to see due to the crippling inflation going on around us. I’d rather you figure out a way my partner or I can take three days a fortnight off work to spend with my own family but this seems like to much of an ask.
