UPDATE: I was FINALLY able to get in contact with the principal (I’ve been out of town for work, so I couldn’t show up) the principal said he had a convo with the sub, and told her there is nothing wrong with her shirt, and that what she did was wrong. Said she’d be apologizing.

She’s literally never done that, and doesn’t know that’s how “it’s made to do”. You insinuating that my 8 year old is lying about being sexualized by a grown adult, shows there’s something going on in your head that should be looked into. And shoulders aren’t inappropriate.

Well it’s not a plunging neckline, see through, and doesn’t expose any body parts that are not appropriate. If her collarbones, and very little of her shoulder is inappropriate, the school should look into the sub.

He said if there’s ever a question about dress code- even from a regular teacher, not just a sub- that it is ultimately his or the assistant principal’s decision on whether or not something is against dress code. And there was nothing wrong with it.
