if 90 days waiting, my guess would be that you have requested multiple times and have not taken the feedback onboard from previous times. on our systems, we have the information we provided and also notes for anyone who is looking over the channel. We also updated our systems to get info about channels faster and easier for our agents and I also seen that we had 5 requests left today.

it is difficult to see twitch stuff as livestreams are live and we cannot see that stuff. we can see how long they have streamed the game for, but it is a difficult platform for us to survey. We would look at their “main” channel mostly and give other pointers for other social channels.

well, sorry you feel this way, but i think growing your followers and quality of the content is the biggest win you and any creator can get for any creator to eventually go full time. I would consider that as a massive win rather than just a tier title. if you got that title, what’s next? The focus should be your channel which is why you started in the first place. You will get it my dude, i have faith in you

Checking the tiktoks, it is mostly music and gameplay. so this could also be the reason for it. For official we are looking for more bespoke people to be part of it. We have thousands of people making that same type of content. the latest one with your voice was more personal. 🤛

new training and updates from is internally. as you state here, you wanna “be like them”, so the journey should not be to chase the title of official or super, but the journey for you to grow your channels and make a career of it. learn from the video library we have, and take feedback as a learning experience rather than a judgement and I am sure you will be in that tier at some point. It is not a race my friend, this is to your future success. As for why you didnt get this last time, we are currently doing more trainings and changes for what we want our agents to do.

well, the main point is to help you get more followers by following the steps provided, whoch I gather it ia what you want as well. we have well trained people to help you on your journey to become better and better and grow your channels up. for thumnails, i think they were talking about youtube, for engagement, my guess would be to ask questions in the videos to start conversations and foster your followers. I personally think this information is pretty informative and has good action points and is not meant to attack but to help you. Being rejected from official currently, does not mean you are bad, and I am sorry if this is how you have taken it.
