The truth is that America, like Britain, is now run by the rich, for the rich. To say otherwise is a lie. And for the wealthy to rob the poor is unjust. It always was and always will be. This is a fundamental principle. To steal from the poor is one thing, a material wrong. But to do so while pretending otherwise is something else entirely. That act doesn’t just rob the body but corrupts the soul — a far greater crime. So what’s the plan? The plan is to stop lying. The answer lies in a genuine democratic socialist force, but one that moves beyond stale language. People don’t just want "equality" — they want family, community, and nation, all of which are being destroyed by capitalism.
