People are intuitively cooperative, but not naive! With @jelenagrr, we arrived at this conclusion using the Drift Diffusion Model to analyse reaction times in iterated Prisoner's Dilemma experiments and discern between fast intuition and slow deliberation

Supermassive!
As #CCS2024 wraps up, it's time to zoom out and take in the big picture. Who attended the conference, and how are they all connected? Using data from 250 talks in the main conference, I built a coauthorship network where each node represents a speaker (in black text) or their collaborators (in grey text). Two nodes are linked if they coauthored a talk. The network features 623 contributors—83% of whom contributed to only one talk. If you coauthored more than two talks, congrats, you’re in the top 6%! And guess what? The star contributor coauthored 12 papers. Any guesses who that is? 😉 Figure 1 shows the entire “universe” of the coauthorship network, and Figure 2-4 highlight the top 3 largest clusters. Which constellation do you belong to? 25% of contributors are part of the largest connected component (purple), while the second (green) and third (blue) clusters include 7% and 4%, respectively. Not in a big cluster? No worries! That’s why we’re here at #CCS2024 — to forge new collaborations and connect our constellations. 🌟 #CCS2024 #ConfCompSys #LearningCCL
