@frazerdtriggs Thanks bud. Used @PurusLtd room former. Very simple to use, would definitely recommend (so long as joists not metal web and youโre able to notch). Their tanking kit was decent too.

@thepaulwilliams 1st receiver move one step forward with ball=world of difference. As you say, dummy runners/runners look like you are ready to receive the ballโฆ In fairness, itโs difficult when youโve no go forward ball BUT, to go forward at least give yourself a chance by running at speed๐คฏ
