@TLRailUK The boards and station staff clearly missed the memo then. I had no option but to disembark at Stevenage. Absolutely useless

@TLRailUK And then you have the audacity to put prices up on rail fares. Delay repay is one thing but those people on hourly paid jobs loosing out because they’re late to work, or having to pay a babysitter for longer than anticipated because you cancel services… they aren’t refunded

@TLRailUK Someone in your organisation needs to sort something out. It seems like it’s incompetence. I get it trains are delayed and cancelled … that’s the expected norm from your services… but I know if I was as incompetent at my job as @TLRailUK is at its job I’d have been sacked!

@TLRailUK So because of your delayed response I got on the train, and the board and announcements on board are still telling people that Arlesey is a stop. What is going on? If that is the case that will be an hour of no service north to Arlesey, 1 service and then another cancelled one
