I hear this so often and am made fun of. Yet, for years my OCD has caused my mind to doubt everything whether it be in my ability to do things or in relationships or simply whether people even like me as a person. The doubt, pain and anxiety is crippling at times.
No, you're not "a bit OCD", you're just a prick making light of a medical condition. If you had sore legs you'd never dream of saying "ooo I'm a bit paraplegic"
