Another day, another injury. I’m not sure if it was because of sparring, but I’m experiencing pain in my upper left back, making it difficult to move. I can’t even stand properly. I think it’s probably not due to sparring but something else that caused this. I always notice these things the next morning. The pain is too intense to even lift weights. I hope I recover soon so I can get back to lifting.
When someone asks me, “How did you fare in a boxing sparring session with your mentor?” (He has competed in national-level competitions.)

RT @orangebook_: Your biggest hurdle to get things done is internal. It's the voice telling you that maybe you don't need to try so hard.…

I’ve been to Europe twice and lived there (mostly in Germany) for approximately four months, visiting eight countries. I can confidently say that the Niyo Global card has never disappointed me in terms of service—it was my daily driver. The only inconvenience was that the tap-and-pay method was restricted to 3–5 times a day, after which I had to enter the PIN to complete transactions.

January 2025 Another consistent month in terms of fitness. The goal was to hit the gym 4-5 times a week and attend 1-2 kickboxing sessions per week. I managed 15 gym sessions and 8 kickboxing sessions this month, which is pretty solid. However, I did miss 10 days where I couldn’t complete my exercise minutes—three of those were due to being sick and unable to do anything. On the bright side, there were plenty of days where I surpassed my move goal by more than double. Overall, it was a good month that could have been even better if I hadn’t fallen sick. But we move forward with the same consistency into next month. The show must go on.
After 1.5 months without gym or kickboxing activity in Europe, my target was to consistently go to the gym 4-5 days a week once I returned to India, and I’ve achieved that. My current goal is muscle building, and I’ll be resuming kickboxing gradually. I’m hoping to carry this consistency into next year.

@PayJ_93 @DelhiAirport Biggest nightmare for me, as I carry a lot of gadgets. Munich and Amsterdam airports had those machines, which made the entire experience smooth and seamless
