I feel Nicola has always been so genuine in interacting with her friends and colleagues and she noticed during this press tour that every movement she does is over analysed. She’s gonna share a lot less and we’re already seeing it.

S3 was named the “spiciest” season of
#BRIDGERTON
because practically everyone has sex. It actually has quite a lot of it, it is simply not Polin (who still have a very long sex scene).
Nic and Luke actually said that.

Jokes aside.
Polin season was wonderful but a lot of other characters had also time to shine.
It was really ensemble.
So where is the problem when we want Pen and Colin to be around and have good plots for S4? It doesn’t mean the focus won’t be the main couple.

Pen is such a central vital character in the show. She’s absolutely one of the core ones and for sure one of the most interesting and complex.
I dare to say the opposite. The day Nic won’t have time to star in the show as much it’ll be a pity.

It’s disgusting seeing the difference no only towards the artistic choice but the actors.

Pen had literally a huge character development this season and her actions were still understandable even if previous ones as well. The context is there. People are so unforgiving with her character while are so ready to justify and understand all the others who are also flawed.
