Reform UK July 2024 GE Candidate for Dudley 🇬🇧
Dudley

Promoted by Andrew Southall, of Reform UK, 16 Market Hall Street, Cannock, WS11 1EB.
It is my greatest honour and privilege to be Dudley's Reform UK candidate in this General Election. Come out and vote for me on Thursday 4th July, and let's get our country back. 🇬🇧
I joined Reform UK as a member in 2021. Applied to be a candidate in November 2022. I have been at this for some time. There is no way I would have been like some of the other candidates who stood down. I am a real Reformer! 🇬🇧
Labour is already proving to be downright dangerous with its ineptitude. The Tories can only continue to rip themselves apart. Only Reform UK will be there to remedy the damage.

These main parties have so much funding, network infrastructure, media on their side - and we gave them a run for their money with a handful of volunteers crawling out the woodwork, a few posters, TikTok videos, a leaflet design that I knocked up on my phone and a table cloth! 🇬🇧
Whatever happens tonight, I am proud of my team who have worked hard on this campaign. I have been very fortunate to have such support. Thank you all for your support for Reform UK. 🇬🇧
Good luck to my fellow
@reformparty_uk
candidates around the country tomorrow, over the months of campaigning it has been a pleasure to meet and speak to you. 🇬🇧
Getting the election expenses return done today; it's looking like I spent only a fraction of the maximum permissable amount, which I am fairly sure the two main parties will be close to.
I was less than 8% of the vote away from winning the seat and spent peanuts!
We've been out leafletting and dishing these out in The Straits today. With thanks to our awesome volunteers trudging up and down the hilly streets of Gornal!
If I am lucky enough to be your new MP, if DMBC want me to fight for more funding I will require them to submit a weekly report to my office to outline what they have done to clean the place up.
I'm tired of money being wasted and residents of Dudley being let down.
Avg house price Lower Gornal £224,843
Band G in Dudley council tax rates, bill of £3229.09
Avg house price in Kensington, London is £2,433,791
Band H in RBKC council tax rates, bill of £3017.96
Dudley council needs sweeping reforms, this is public abuse!
Great evening, informal chat style
We have a street stall with Ann Widdecombe 12pm Saturday on Dudley High Street
& my final rally of the campaign will be Thursday 27th June 7pm Baggeridge Social Club co-hosted with some friends of mine
Shocking;
Cornwall Council decide that a sitting councillor who posted a meme picture in reply to a picture of me and Ann Widdecombe, that could be construed as suggesting we should be shot, did not breach any rules of conduct.

The vast majority of British people are "common sense" in their ideas.
This is why Reform UK is popular.
Also why lefties attack our pages in desperation; with disinformation, conspiracy theories, complete lack of ability to read things in context, insults, incitement
I am told that the migrants that were collected by the Border Force vessel Ranger this week, were overboard in French waters and taken to port of origin, this was an operational decision, not Labour government policy.
@TiceRichard
I have plenty of letters to send to MPs, and they may well ignore them or return typical non-answers. I can use my platforms to advertise that fact.
Whilst I was not elected your MP this time, I will do my best to fight for causes close to many hearts of the people of Dudley.
Standing in for our Tipton and Wednesbury candidate, I participated in a debate in studio today that will be on BBC iPlayer and BBC WM radio tomorrow at 10am. I know that the BBC is not popular with our supporters, but I will always take opportunities.
I wonder why we haven't seen any of these stop oil protesters super glueing themselves to the roads recently
It's almost like they know it's an absolute vote loser during the run up to an election
I am having the time of my life this election, as I say it's a huge honour to be your candidate. I am enjoying being out and about talking to folks about their concerns! We have a meeting Monday 17th 7pm at the Court House Pub, New Street, Dudley. Pint and a chat kind of style!
Starmer pledging £84m in foreign aid isn't going to change the migrant crisis one jot.
Nor will it give a measureable difference to the countries in receipt of that money.
More contempt for the tax payer.

In Dudley we have 2,344 veterans. I support
@PoppyLegion
’s efforts. If elected, I will commit to being a voice for our service personnel and veterans.
We must get a grip on law and order in this country. Not doing so has already had serious consequences, ongoing for much too long. My thoughts are with the families of those attacked today.
Dudley council's latest move to suggest scrapping free parking in the town is an attack on the motorist and the worker. People already pay council tax. Learn to spend the people's money wisely and then you won't have to keep hiking up tax rates and introducing extra charges.
Why am I not surprised to hear Labour fans, and an MP called to nationalise Ticketmaster.
Time to grow up. It's not the taxpayers' problem to make sure you get sodding concert tickets.
Labour would probably make hash job of running it, then ban concerts to cover up ineptitude.
The popularity of Trump and Farage is massively down to the fact that they stand up for and engage with the ordinary person in a way that the political elite cannot.
Millions of people are fed up with having rubbish foisted upon them by the government, things that they didn't even ask or vote for. That's why we are here.

This is going to be the most exciting election in Dudley for a long time. I don't think there has ever been this much choice on the ballot!
Bring on hustings!
I think we will be heading for

again before 2029. Starmer has 400 socialists on his shoulder, all wanting to be the gaffer, will likely get pushed around by trade unions who haven't learned from the 1970s. Ladel into the mix the fun new geopolitical issues, etc..
The Liberal Democrats, from my encounters with them, prove to be illiberal, undemocratic, and of the mind of disturbingly unsound ideas.

Starmer says that populism is a "snake oil charm."
My understanding of populism is that it puts the little guy first and listens to their democratic will.
We've gone from Tories to Labour, Blue to Red. Just a new boot for big government sycophants to lick.
I remember getting jeered in the debates for suggesting our immigration policy; straight up, no messing about. The same people jeering were those representing or in support of the main parties who dance around the issue saying they would do something, but don't have a clue!
It is incumbent on us to continue to talk about
#TwoTierKeir
, with humility and decency.
Smashing up police vans, shops, etc, only drags our argument down to the level of the same BLM, extinction rebellion leftist behaviour that he condoned.
@UKLabour
Doctor, can I prescribe you a truth pill? Not just one leaflet, but many! Along with the window posters! There are better ways for you sad acts to spend your weekends! No amount of name calling and asinine comments are going to do anything!
OFCOMMUNISTS and the Twitterati cretins are hellbent on shutting GB News down. Proof that the left can't handle or tolerate debate or difference of views.
I was furious at the news that Nige had cement hurled at him yesterday. This is election interference, pure and simple, trying to make Nigel less accessible and stop him campaigning. My disdain for these people grows exponentially!
Not every private school is run by or for multi-millionaires. We have two private schools in the Dudley constituency, which is not a rich area. I am deeply concerned by
@UKLabour
dismissing school choice and for these fantastic schools, whose term fees are going to be inflated.
Labour will end private schools’ tax breaks and invest the money raised in our state schools.
If the Tory leadership contenders want to reverse that, they need to tell us where they’ll make the cuts.
It’s time they put up or shut up 🤐
Still no sign of Labour selecting their PPC for the Dudley constituency, going by their website. I do wonder if they will select another Corbynite or someone closer to the "center ground". Either way, I am ready for hustings. 🇬🇧
Just received details of the big hustings debate being confirmed for Wednesday 26th June, exact time to be confirmed, at Beacon Hill Academy on High Arcal Drive.
Will be broadcast on Black Country Radio on the following Saturday.
Don't miss this, I have plenty to say!
@UKLabour
Let's face it, you went into the election with a manifesto with no real costings, and now you are being found out. Your party won't make anything cheaper. It will infact make everything more expensive with punitive taxes and ridiculous Net Zero policy.
Back out again today, a very productive weekend well into four figures of leaflets distributed. Great response on the door and we are getting recognised out and about. 🇬🇧
