God is moving. Thousands of people coming together to Worship Jesus together is quite the experience.
@Brandonlake
killed it in Vancouver last night.

Be like moving water:
-gentle but relentless
-definite in purpose
-work around obstacles
-carve through mountains over time
-always going somewhere
-give life to all
8 things to know/do in 2019:
1. Health is wealth
2. Pain = The highway to growth
3. Days are precious; This year will be short
4. EXERCISE gratitude
5. Don’t compare with others
6. Help without expectation
7. Know WHY you are doing what you are doing at all times
8. Don’t quit.
I used to be on team ‘weed wasn’t bad’. I’d smoke once or twice a week and have wild creativity.
Soon enough, I was doing it every day, feeling like a slave to my desire.
Now I can confirm first hand that weed makes a slave of men
6 things I learned about TRAUMA from going through chemotherapy as a child, growing up without a father, doing Ayahuasca, and reading dozens of books on self-healing (as well as a few other things along the way).

@EssentialMastry
Sealing the deal is just adding fuel to whatever fire was already burning.
Bad relationships will get much worse over time.
Good relationships will get much better.
If you took 3-7 days off coffee and then went black to espresso without milk or sugar, you’d know beyond a shadow a doubt it’s poison.
Coffee is just liquid stress.
I'd love to see statistics on:
The people who start Jan.1 with a hangover
Vs
The people who have an ACTION PACKED Jan.1
I think that if you start the year with a hangover, you've lost half the battle. I also think the effects of day 1 transcend months, if not the entire year
Everything in life is like a muscle...
Your focus
Your discipline
Your talent
Your intelligence
Etc
EVERYTHING grows stronger as you exercise and train it.
It doesn't matter if you start small and feel weak, but start growing now.
One of the greatest laws I’ve come to know is the mirror:
-How others treat you is a reflection of how you treat others
-Your bank account reflects your work ethic
-Your body reflects your diet
-etc
If you want change, face yourself in the mirror. Nothing else will bring it
Have a notepad by your bed…
Have a notepad by your shower…
Have an empty document always open on your computer…
Why?
You never want to miss a good idea. And good ideas always come when you aren’t trying to have them
To quit any bad habit, you NEED to replace it with something healthier but still rewarding.
Here are subs I’ve used:
Weed —> Read
Porn —> Exercise, meditation, dates with my girl
Fast food —> prepping foods that grow mass with each meal
I used to think that all the good business opportunities were taken
Then I realized something:
Business is simply solving someone’s problems in exchange for money
That’s it.
SOLVING PROBLEMS
Secret:
EVERYONE has problems =
8 billion+ opportunities
Go help someone.
Everything in life is systems:
Solar system
Immune system
Nervous system
Ecosystem
Social system
Why do you think nature is so efficient?
This has huge business implications if you pay attention.
The day you TRULY stop caring about what other people think:
-listening to opinions
-seeking approval
Is the day you’ll find yourself at freedom’s door step.
@RedCorner_MMA
You don't defend your belt once or twice and make it to P4P
#1
. Jon Jones defended his belt countless times and then went up a weightclass and won.
Maybe win a few more title fights and beat the 170lb champ first.
As someone who used to be chronically depressed and anxious, here are some simple, yet POWERFUL, solutions:
-set goals
-no porn (HAMMERS dopamine)
-minimal weed and alcohol (^same same, but different)
-cut back social media (makes you approval focused)
-exercise and read daily
To the individual who understands the value of time, drinking becomes life's greatest waste:
1. You forget half your experiences
2. You waste time hungover
3. It shortens the amount of time you get to live
No thanks
Engrain this in your soul…
The only way you fail is by quitting. And quitting is a choice.
Success, therefore, is as simple as a choice to endure through time and adversity.
You can completely change your paradigm by ridding yourself of the words:
“I”
“Me”
“Mine”
10x more powerful than it sounds.
But also 10x harder than it sounds.
When you know exactly what you want in life, every decision you make inches you closer towards--or further away from--that end.
All of a sudden, the most menial tasks matter.
Create your own personal philosophy:
-what are the values that make you happy?
-what are the actions that push you closer to your goals?
-what do your mentors do?
-what is the highest good?
When you know these things and obey them, your success and wellness are guaranteed.
Human potential is SIGNIFICANTLY greater in the individual than is displayed by the collective species.
Stop blending in and realize what you are truly capable of
Greatest thing I ever did to grow my business (and satisfaction in life)?
Drown out the noise
I don't look at my competition (doesn’t exist)
I don’t listen to useless opinions
I simply work hard, trust my gut
And I select mentors who HAVE ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISHED WHAT I WANT
4 of the most powerful principles to build your life around:
1. Critical Thinking (select who you listen to wisely)
2. Discipline (do what needs to be done regardless of feelings)
3. Kindness and Generosity (fill the cup of others before filling your own)
4. Patience
The younger you start your journey, the less years of limiting beliefs you’ll have to break through to get back to baseline;
The more years you’ll have to compound abundance and prosperity.

So even vegetable crops kill thousands of bugs with their pesticides.
Or me and my family can live off one cow for 2 years while also being nourished.
@MasculineMind_
Depends on the load he's carrying.
Nothing unmanly about crying if a man has the weight of the world on his shoulders.
Sometimes God gives his strongest soldiers the hardest battles.

Gotta get another win first after getting knocked out like that.
No disrespect to Aljo's accomplishments but a rematch happens when a fight is close.
The best time to act is the very second a good idea comes into your mind.
Just do something with it, even if it is as small as writing it down and adding an extra sentence to the idea.
A personal philosophy is nothing but a set of beliefs and assumptions about how the world works...
And the best way to operate within that understanding.
Define YOUR philosophy and never cease refining it.
If you don’t, you’ll live by the uncalculated philosophies of others
@ClownWorld_
Do people not realize that everyone in the world has a camera in their pocket these days.
You have to know your face is going to get smeared all over the internet, no?
@GRITCULT
@Grimhood
Literally anything but submitting to Christ.
If you're reading this, a single instant of inviting Jesus into your heart will do more for you than a life of mushroom massages from your 'bros'.
When you can truly realize that worrying can’t add a single hour to your life, you’ll find massive freedom.
Let go and let life unfold, all the while remembering that bad thoughts and bad attitudes attract even worse circumstances.
@MagnanimityCom
@InternetH0F
God created man with free will.
Man did things God told him not to do, which brought suffering into the world.
I say this as someone who had cancer when I was 3 years old.
Don’t focus on cars —> Focus on making money —>
Don’t focus on money —> Focus on profitable skills (like sales)
Don’t focus on sales —> Focus on Value —>
Don’t focus on value —>Focus on PEOPLE
Everything in life is a cascading system.
Always go to the top first.
The first 30 minutes of the day are the hardest.
Develop a routine that makes those 30 minutes the best part of your day. You will be jumping out of bed and attacking your day with vigor.
Writing tip: WRITE LIKE YOU SPEAK
You’ve been speaking your whole life and you’ve never had problems talking to someone fluently
Plus, casual writing no longer feels like reading to the reader. And it no longer feels like a chore to the writer
