this game is beautiful and extremely well optimised on PC. it’s a great example of what can be done with unreal engine when the devs know what the hell they’re doing

@Zirach1i1 @videotechuk_ it doesn’t change the fact that you can still play games fully offline on steam lol. so i don’t understand why switching to PC is relevant in this discussion. on both PS and PC you can play digital games offline, it’s just one has random platform restrictions

@autrewolf @Zirach1i1 @videotechuk_ i’m speaking broadly when i say platform level restrictions. for example, for some unknown reason the disc drive addon requires an online authentication on the playstation

@Zirach1i1 @videotechuk_ steam has a fully functional offline mode that doesn’t blockade game playability for the sake of arbitrary restrictions. any DRM or always online requirement is on the shoulders of the game publisher, but on Xbox and PS they have platform level restrictions
