Pls retweet - it's time airports took accountability for their failures to support accessibility needs within their premises. 4 hours online, 3 phone calls, 4 contact forms and NOTHING. No travel buggy transport in-airport for my mother. Shocking. @STN_Airport #DisabilityRights

Absolutely appalling effort @STN_Airport Pillar to post organising a travel buggy within the airport. Awful treatment of those with accessibility needs. Stansted sends to Airline or Agent. Agent and Airline send to the other and the Airport. 4 hours. 3 phone calls. 4 contact form

Absolutely appalling. No way to org transport within airport at Stansted or Antalya (not wheelchair but a buggy needed). Pillar to post at every turn. Stansted to Airline, Airline to Stansted, Agent to Stansted. NO ONE CAN HELP?!!! #accessibility #accessissues #disability
