. Cooked reverse seared initially to 52 degrees pre sear.
I made some Cafe De Paris butter to accompany and served with Parmesan hassleback potatoes, balsamic glazed red onion and roasted garlic.

Beef Short Ribs with some salt and pepper rub, smoked over post oak for 6 hours to temp of 205F. Spritzed hourly with no wrap.
Served with beef dripping potatoes, cabbage and peppers
Finished up!
Homemade kebabs
Made Greek gyro style with fries, salad and a few hot peppers. Lettuce and garlic mayo in there somewhere too
Delicious!!

Something a little different this evening. My interpretation of CurryWurst served with french fries and customary Mayo! Made the CurryWurst sauce and turned out really tasty! Have a good evening all!

Korean bbq sauce to marinade the meat overnight, cooked direct then glazed with hot honey, soy and siracha.
