The year I graduated, my state (Arizona) was ranked 40th in education and accessibility may have played a role in us learning more "traditionally".

It's also a great way to see exactly how much you bleed so you're aware of any changes that could be indicative of health problems. I could go on for days, but I will never go back to pads or tampons!!
