@kbguzzo I found this out after trekking to campus and arriving at my lecture hall for 3:30 class, along with many of my students. Whyyyyyyyyy.

@MalissaAlinor @UNC @AlertCarolina Mine starts at the 3:30 so me and a bunch of students diligently trekked to campus after getting the all clear. I am frustrated on so many levels right now. And sad and exhausted for us all.

@Nate_Birkhead We got the all clear, thankfully. I'm fine (but rattled). I've been dealing with some stalking issues so this "new normal" has been very unsettling for me. But - time to gather myself and lecture in an hour! The show goes on!

@Nate_Birkhead We are all locked down in the same places with the same people as we were 2 weeks ago, which makes it extra weird.

@S_DeGooyer I 100% do not know the guidance / “best practices” are for big classrooms, which is what I primarily teach in. I’ve looked through the online resources, but those seem more geared towards traditional classroom and learning spaces.

@S_DeGooyer I’m so frustrated that we aren’t trained on this. Yes there is a website with pdfs of resource guides - but we need some tangible guidance. Need to be told about the resources and tools available!

@jruck_psych I don’t know what to say or how much to say. On the one hand, I know some students need to hear this acknowledged, need to process this out loud as a class community. But on the other hand, do so could be overwhelming and traumatizing for others, especially if each class does it.

@JeanneBondsNC @johnrobinson Yes, this is definitely useful. But it doesn’t take away some of the more logistical minutiae. Like, how does one secure and barricade a lecture hall? Should people stay in their seats? We can’t really crowd away from the doors with multiple entry points. That sort of thing.
