Consumption tax is good it is easy to do in practice and applies to everybody. Income tax is bad because bad incentives and loopholes

A web3 service that needs to offload data from the blockchain storage should then implement this offload in a web3 way, in a resilient storage, e.g. filecoin. Web2 service is a database and a server. A Web3 service with part of its data not resiliently stored is not full Web3.

@hitchhooker @byteboro UI may be not good for validators on kusama. But this is some deterministic errors. Your post is quite missleading. Also don't try to do the same call when you get NoAssociatedValidatorId. It means there is no associated validator id.
