The official QSMP EN Updates account consistently refers to q!Philza as a myriad of monikers. These names often refer to Phil’s background as an avian or references to past servers.
Why this can be a creative choice, I believe there is a deeper meaning to it.

A different explanation could be the Ender King. In his letter to q!Philza on 6 December, he refers to q!Phil as an “old bird,” similar to the moniker “old crow.” The style of using an appositive when saying his name in line three resembles that of the update account.
