@davidhogg111 You need to go back to school... If you really think in 11 days in office, you can make a reversal in economic numbers while not in complete control of the government because your cabinet hasn't been installed yet... you're delusional !!!

🚨 Big Government vs. Accountability 🚨 Rep. Stansbury & the Democrats are fighting tooth & nail to keep bloated bureaucracy, wasteful spending, and unchecked fraud alive. Why? Because big government is their power source. Meanwhile, Trump & Republicans are working to trim the fat, streamline government, and eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse—ensuring taxpayer dollars actually serve the American people instead of funding corruption. A leaner, accountable government works for the people. A bloated, corrupt government controls the people. And guess which one Dems are desperate to protect? 👀 #EndTheWaste 💰 #ShrinkTheGovernment ⚖️ #DrainTheSwamp 🌊 @elonmusk @DOGE @realDonaldTrump @JDVance @rnc @GOP

🚨 Federal law is crystal clear: harboring, shielding, or aiding illegal immigrants is a crime. 📌 8 U.S.C. § 1324 → Felony to conceal, harbor, or shield illegal aliens from detection. 🔴 Penalty: Up to 5 years per alien—or 10 years if done for financial gain. ⚠️ If an illegal alien commits a crime that results in death, it can carry life in prison or even the death penalty. 📌 Encouraging or inducing illegal entry? Also a crime under § 1324, punishable by 5 years in prison. 📌 Obstructing immigration enforcement? 18 U.S.C. § 1505 → Up to 5 years in prison for interfering with federal law enforcement. 💡 If a public official or law enforcement agency refuses to share immigration info or tips off illegal immigrants, they’re playing with fire. Federal law doesn’t care about “sanctuary policies.” If you’re aiding and abetting illegal immigration, you’re breaking the law. 🔥 It’s time for accountability. #EndSanctuaryCities 🚫 #RuleOfLaw 🇺🇸 #AmericaFirst Hold @GovKathyHochul and @NewYorkStateAG @TishJames accountable !!! @realDonaldTrump @JDVance @rnc @gop

🚨 NY Leadership Priorities: Protecting Criminals Over Americans? 🚨 Ah yes, @GovKathyHochul and @NewYorkStateAG @TishJames are at it again—going all-in on their sanctuary state agenda. Instead of working to keep American citizens safe, they’re doubling down on shielding ILLEGAL immigrants from federal law enforcement. Because why enforce the law when you can make up new ones to go after President Trump instead? 💡 Priorities, right? ✅ Fabricate legal theories to attack Trump. ✅ Block federal immigration enforcement from doing its job. ✅ Tip off illegal immigrants when ICE tries to locate them. ✅ Foster an environment where criminal aliens roam free—because we all know how well that turns out. Meanwhile, American citizens? Ignored. Left to deal with the consequences. If an illegal immigrant commits a crime against an American, who do you think Hochul and James will defend? 🤔 This lawsuit is about stopping reckless policies that put politics over public safety. New York’s Green Light Law isn’t just unlawful—it’s dangerous. But hey, when did enforcing actual laws become a priority for these people? 🤡 #AmericaFirst #EndSanctuaryCities #ProtectAmericans #NoMoreExcuses

Latest democratic buzz word: Constitutional Crisis You cannot even articulate with specificity what that even means. Essentially, what the administration is doing via promises made during the campaign that the democrats don't agree with is now called a "Constitutional Crisis". You're just delaying the inevitable... And interesting that YOU are doing this given the 2 recent lawfare cases... This that tend to scream the loudest are those that have something to hide... A Presidential Appointee (PA) can access restricted data only through legal and procedural mechanisms that grant them specific authorization. These mechanisms vary depending on the type of restricted data they seek. Below are the main ways a PA might gain access: --- 1. Presidential Directive or Executive Order The President can issue an Executive Order (EO) or Presidential Directive granting specific authority to a PA, allowing them to access restricted financial or intelligence data. Example: EO 12333 (United States Intelligence Activities) governs how intelligence is shared within the executive branch, and a PA may be granted access if their role is deemed necessary. --- 2. Special Security Clearance & Need-to-Know Basis Classified financial intelligence (e.g., FinCEN, counterterrorism finance, OFAC data) requires security clearance (e.g., Top Secret, SCI). PAs must go through a clearance process, which includes: A background investigation (conducted by the FBI or another vetting agency). A determination of “need to know” (granted by the agency controlling the data). Example: A PA in Treasury’s Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence may be granted classified access to specific financial threat reports. --- 3. Special Delegation of Authority from an Agency Head The Secretary of the Treasury or other senior officials can delegate certain authorities to a PA under statutory provisions. Example: A PA serving in the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) may be delegated access to sanctions enforcement data. A PA in the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) could be given access to systemic risk assessments. --- 4. Congressional Authorization or Inquiry If Congress grants statutory authority for a specific investigation, a PA may be given temporary access. Example: During the 2020 CARES Act oversight, Congress created a Special Inspector General for Pandemic Recovery (SIGPR)—certain PAs were given access to restricted financial aid data. --- 5. Interagency Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) If a PA’s work involves multiple agencies, an MOU may grant temporary access to specific financial or intelligence databases. Example: A PA in Treasury’s Terrorist Financing Tracking Program (TFTP) may sign an MOU with DHS or FBI to access illicit finance data. --- 6. Inspector General or Law Enforcement Request If a PA is involved in a legal or investigatory process, they may be granted temporary access under controlled conditions. Example: A PA assisting with financial crime enforcement (such as IRS Criminal Investigations Division) might receive temporary access to confidential financial records. --- What a PA Cannot Do: Unilaterally demand access to classified or protected data without going through formal legal channels. Override agency restrictions without proper authority. Use access for political or personal reasons, which could result in legal consequences. --- Bottom Line A PA can access restricted Treasury or federal financial data only through legal mechanisms, including presidential directives, security clearance, delegated authority, congressional authorization, MOUs, or legal requests. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and can result in removal or legal penalties. @DOGE @elonmusk @realDonaldTrump @JDVance @POTUS @WhiteHouse

I used @MeatChurch Blanco for the general seasoning. Adapting Polish Krupnik (barley soup) for a pressure cooker makes it quicker while preserving its deep flavors. Here’s how: Ingredients (Serves 4-6) 1 cup pearl barley, rinsed 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth (or water) 2 medium carrots, diced 1 medium parsnip, diced (optional but traditional) 1 potato, peeled and diced 1 small leek, sliced (white and light green parts) 1 small onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 bay leaves 5-6 whole peppercorns 1 tsp marjoram (dried) 1 tbsp butter or oil Salt and pepper to taste ½ lb bone-in chicken pieces or pork ribs (optional) 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish) --- Instructions 1. Sauté Aromatics (Sauté Mode) Set the pressure cooker to Sauté mode. Add butter or oil, then sauté onion, garlic, and leek until softened (about 3 minutes). If using meat, add it now and sear for 2-3 minutes per side. 2. Add Ingredients Pour in broth, then add barley, carrots, parsnip, potatoes, bay leaves, peppercorns, marjoram, and salt. Stir well to combine. 3. Pressure Cook Seal the lid and set the pressure cooker to High Pressure for 20 minutes. Once done, allow a 10-minute natural pressure release, then manually release any remaining pressure. 4. Final Touches Open the lid and remove the bay leaves. If using bone-in meat, remove it, shred the meat, and return it to the soup. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. 5. Serve Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rye bread or buttered rolls. This method retains the traditional flavors while significantly reducing cooking time. Let me know if you’d like further tweaks!
