so, i did a GD for @sotarksosu Quaver TV-Size set, and he rejected my GD and said it was shit quality, and the 1-2 jumps were bad. 😭.😭.😭.😭.except that I didn't actually map it. i literally copied every object from his blackrover/kneesocks/superdriver/monochrome butterfly maps

Using osu as an alibi is actually hilarious cuz a team of lawyers probably had to explain what pp is and that the goal of the game is to accumulate pp. they probably also had to blast Santa San in the courtroom to corroborate evidence of gameplay and song length.

Settled a case today for $727,000. We were going back and forth between 700k and 750k and were able to meet in the middle at 725k but I requested an additional $2,000 for… reasons… (penalties and interests is the stipulated reason but let’s be real here).

Not that anyone cares, but on the topic of fake osu mappers, Amandia was a girl I met at my university's anime club. She tried osu for about a week, then gave me her account. All of her maps were made by me trying different experimental styles for fun.

@Rektygon Nice apology! I think you could include a “Moving forward, I will….” style of paragraph too near the end. It really amps up the sincerity. Also consider adding a separate apology for the community etc and mentioning “taking responsibility” somewhere. You know, classic buzzwords.

Now that Sotarks Christmas map is ranked, lemme talk about my GD and the horrible mapping meta atm 🧵. 1. The diff was obviously a satire on the current meta of slider-vomit maps. I like that people believed the final slider was "an abstract interpretation of the nativity scene".

@sotarks I can't believe the guy who nominate many new mapper's first maps got kicked due to quality issues. Why can't new mappers immediately map like my favourite mapper who has 230 ranked maps and 106 gds? New mappers should have minimum 5 years of experience ranking maps.

@willcookieosu I must disagree, as an avid six-digit Osu mapper, squiggly tumor sliders are the pinnacle of art. Just because they are unplayable, unrankable, uncomfortable, unsightly, and idiotic doesn’t mean they necessarily have bad gameplay. You’re just not good enough to play them properly.
