Couple of takeaways from the Palmetto Games this weekend: 1) Newly upgraded Riley Park is awesome 2) you can tell which high school players train in the weight room - speed and power 3) P’s who throw hard get noticed but P’s that throw hard and throw strikes get offers

@nickstrong Kid was committed for year and a half by a d-1 school. Wasn’t d-1 or bust. Was Offered and accepted and dropped. Inferiority complex is sad trait. Wanna be know it all at d-3 school with 100 percent acceptance rate and 43% graduation rate

@nickstrong Kid is a baseball player- committed for year and half- and told they didn’t have room Because they had 51 already on roster for fall- so he’s having to change plans - he’s supposed to just give up baseball ? Get out of here with that

Appreciate the hospitality shown by @OspreyVB this past weekend. Addison had a great time at camp and competed with some really good players. Staff and players were awesome.
