@bookingcom we booked a hotel in Lucknow on 9th October for 28th - 30th October. On 27th you send a mail saying the booking in canceled. No we are not getting any decent hotel and are forced to pay 20k for a hotel which is bad. What you offer is a 2100 voucher #badservice

@ola_supports For a 14km ride you are charging 1019 saying it is peak charge. Peak charge at 12:30 in the afternoon. The app was showing 300 odd as the charge. Looks like your software has the habit of not behaving properly as was the case with the earlier compliant.
