Cardiac CT coronary angiograms have very high negative predictive value for ruling out coronary artery disease in asymptomatic individuals. CT calcium score of 0 with normal coronary artery morphology have lower risk of coronary artery disease.

We frequently use this track for our running and cycling. Very happy with this new infrastructure which is the first of its kind in our country with the abundance of greenery along the track. Sharing this pic of mine clicked this morning
1. NO trees removed
2. ~5000 small saplings <1 mtr were taken off during cable trench digging & got transplanted in same area (check the pic itself👇🏻)
3.
@HMDA_Gov
extremely conscious of its green responsibilities

The excised mass was proven to be a benign proliferative breast disease (Usual ductal hyperplasia) on final histopathology and immunohistochemistry. Hence, the surgery and the cost of hospital stay could be avoided in this case.

Looking forward to organising the first BISI webinar of 2024 on 12th January, 7.30-8.30pm IST.

Thank you so much much for this new innovative idea and getting it done in a very short span of time. I request you to label this not only as cycling track, but allow for joggers, walkers and runners as well. Hyderabad has many enthusiastic runners but no safety on roads

Patient’s choice. Some of the benign lumps do cause discomfort to the patient especially if it is large or gradually growing in size. The risk of breast cancer is 2-3 times higher in women with fibroadenoma than control group(normal woman without fibroadenoma).
This was possible because of 40min of moderate to intense physical activities, 5 days in a week in the form of running, brisk walking, cycling, swimming or strength training exercises and a sustainable home cooked balanced diet.

Several participants asked me, where do you practice and who is your coach as we have never seen you in groups?
I told them, I just do 40 min run or any other form of moderate to intense aerobic physica activity 3days in a week and 1 long run of 10Km or little more on weekends.

On Ultrasound, we can be sure up to 98%that the mass is fibroadenoma. If any doubt, we can always do FNAC or core biopsy prior to the procedure to be sure that it is fibroadenoma. The mass removed on VABB is sent to pathology for the final histopathological diagnosis.

Cardiac CT scan with coronary angiogram is a screening test which can be used to rule out blockage in the heart vessels / coronary arteries. If cardiac CT is normal, chances of getting heart attack is lower.
Sharing a case of papillary neoplasm detected on screening mammography and diagnosed on core biopsy. She was a 61-year-old woman, not so fit to undergo surgery under general anesthesia due to a history of coronary artery disease. Hence, she opted to go for

For this kind of presentation VABB would sufficient. It will be diagnostic as well as therapeutic as the entire lump is sent to pathology for histological examination.
