WhatsApp chat transfer between devices ios and android is a pain if device is not factory reset. @WhatsApp Have to purchase a 3rd party app for the same?

@RBI if a person can be contacted via what's app how can a customer be sure their data is safe at the bank is the actual concern. And if its an issue how can we take this up with the bank

@AxisBankSupport No one is able to find this ticket no Call was made to 18001035577 I have again called and support is saying no record found I need an escalation on this on my registered mobile number Extremely unprofessional behaviour by support team.

@AxisBank @AxisBankSupport SN240827836223 is the case no. which i had to forcefully take from the person. since i have no trust in the overall process. My apologies please do check call recordings on the same. @AxisBank @AxisBankSupport it was a short session with customer support tips. Disappointed.

@AxisBank @AxisBankSupport I asked for cancellation of Magnus Card. Support Team 1. Take a free card why are you cancelling since you already paid annual fee Escalation team doesnt take a download which means some other caller took the call in name of escalation and does the exact same pitch
