Hey @AvantiWestCoast you certainly caused havoc YET AGAIN at #Euston station with swapping platforms twice for the 19:40 to Crewe. Even the train staff & drivers were on the wrong train! Of course we now aren’t leaving on schedule. Absolutely inept management!
