@BoneJointDoctor Neglected <4 weeks - thereafter u can do salvage ORIF - following that reconstruction as said - I do a modified extra-artic scarf+maestro cut for correction of heel varus and calc length and pitch and In situ calc fusion @Drlyndonmason @FootAndAnkleMD @InvictaOrtho @BOFAS_UK

@PrashVas very true and well known social issues and care - diabetes and PAD are a bad cocktail - most pts described are end stage with positive prior revascularusation that does not change the outcome? @nas_vascular @NielsEjskjaer @JosLuisLzaroMa1 @meloni_twit @DiabetesUK

Not a politician @HSJEditor - is the future not about safe growth - lobbying for infrastructural needs and utilising clinical decision makers - policy makers need to focus on core values for efficient care and respect professional opinion - no
I think this is one of those calls that gets endless plaudits on social media - but just make policy makers shrug and think 'no point in talking to them about the future then'
