Even though the council Refused permission and so did the An Bord Pleanala inspector, this was approved by the board. Another house no longer available whilst coffee cups litter the Greenway. #dungarvan

#patkenny another incident where An Bord Pleanala have gone against their own inspectors recommendation,.. Development at 143 Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 Appeal Case reference: PL29S.306756 I believe further attention needs to be drawn to this ongoing issue.
