OSR getting banned by TCIL has no relation with them getting orders from MSRDC. They both are separate govt entities, one under centre and one under state. The contract is valid and these false narratives won't affect balance sheet of the company.

To recover loss of 60% the stock price must increase by 150%. That is nearly impossible for a stock that has fallen so much. Don't have false hopes that your stock will bounce back. Book your loss as early as possible.
