i somewhat agree ! i see a lot of people self diagnosing and being like "omg im such a bpd princess" and romanticizing it but i put it in my post as it's very misunderstood and i have had "mental health advocates" get mad at me for having it and having the "bad" symptoms !

im not saying that they're recovering by eating food like that im saying that a good portion of them had eds (ana,mia, etc) and are now in recovery and separately "poisoning themselves". also a good portion of them have pica which is an ED that causes them to eat the way they do

most of them are self diagnosed but bipolar and bpd are also becoming less misunderstood and demonized and therefore alot more people are also getting diagnosed/sharing their diagnosis online
