The main reason I suggest 24h2 to people is because of the predition fix that came with 24h2 with AMD Zen3-Zen5. In no world is 22h2 better than 23h2, 23h2 is still a valid choice, especially over 22h2, but I myself have a 5800x and got a decent improvement on some games. I don't have the benchmarks as it was a while ago when I tested this, I don't know if MS brought the prediction fix in a recent update of 23h2, but thats a main reason why I suggest it at least.
