@EM_RESUS Yep, and newborns with a swollen bellies everyone should know the signs of bowel obstructions in my (non medical) opinion... My son was born with small bowel atresia, he's even had a couple of blockages since due to the scar tissue... They need med intervention asap

@RoryOCleary @jkarlen They should only be charged if the parents own the weapon and didn't have it safely locked away, in school shootings most of them have had warning signs that parents ignored So it's complex,if they ignore the warnings and allow easy access should be charged
