I always welcome the opportunity to share my @ape_heart_study #research, and this time it was with colleagues at @UoB_Dentistry where I carry out my #labwork. I loved hearing about the amazing projects going on around me, and Iโm lucky to work in such a supportive environment ๐

Lucas Martin better known to most as โLookyโ tragically lost his life to meningitis in September this year. Now his family have setup a charity to ensure his legacy lives on. ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐โ๐ ๐๐ถ๐ฑ. Find out more here Lookyโs Soccer Aid is a charity football match being held at the bowl on ๐ง๐๐ฒ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ต ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ to help launch Lookyโs Aid. It will see a select Isle of Man XI, Managed by Michael Fitzmaurice, face a Select Marown XI managed by Ian McGowan, the two former junior sides he represented will be made up of his former team mates from throughout the years. The game ๐ธ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ญ๐ต:๐ฌ๐ฌ and the charity are looking for a donation of any amount as an entry fee!
