@SeloAstral yea sometimes i do weighted pull up. it definitely helps! my recommended routine is to do 4sets a day. do as much as you can with each set. do this 3days a week :D it's the routine that worked best for me

it took 3hours and 13mins to reach 2digit (current #99 is 17215pp) i think i could've done it faster but anyway it was a really fun challenge. gg
