My doctor considers the surgery successful. It was really badly swollen though, but he got it out. The soreness is real but I'm currently just exhausted and still in pain meds.

I never would have been able to do this hike earlier in the year but I restarted my fitness journey. Desk bound jobs plague the IT field. It's up to you to take it seriously. Proud of the hard work it to get to this view of Preikestolen in Norway. If I can do it, anyone can!

Feeling much better now. I even took a lap around my floor (with assistance). Laproscopic surgery is pretty cool, I can't believe they took it out through a much smaller set of incisions than the actual organ. Thank goodness for modern medicine. Thank YOU all for the kind words!

Consistency pays off! 🏋️🏃🥗 .OTF 60 Day Transformation Challenge results are in, and I've lost:.2" off my hips, 2.5" off my chest, 4" off my waist and 11.4 pounds. I had fun doing it, and find it sustainable. Really proud of myself for discovering a new way to live my life! 💪😄.
