Best salad I’ve ever made!!
This bowl is 21 cm wide(?) so this salad was huge but somehow I’m still not full, but I’m satisfied so it’s all good😌
Guys I ate this protein bar(aka the most expensive protein bar I’ve ever bought) and I’d give it a solid 8/10 because for me it was too sweet and didn’t even taste like oreos

I went to the doc at 12:30 and got back home at 1:40 and to make this meal took me 46 minutes?! Btw cheese is so scary but so delicious☹️

Or more about fats, they should’ve just have a few tbsp of peanut butter and that’s easily +1000 cals, and everyone can eat 2000-2500 cals easily if they’re not eating that in salads and cucumbers😒😒

Yesterday I ate an ice cream… a full sugar higher calorie ice cream.. I really wanted to try this one and it was 10/10 I love mangoes and white chocolate!! The chocolate coating was a bit too sweet for me but the sourness of the mango sorbet balanced out the sweetness
Guys I’m on a trip with my fam and I feel like I ate a lot today, I ate everything you see in the pictures.. only felt full after dinner but it was too expensive not to eat😕 what do you think, this is a lot?😫😫

I made salmon for dinner tonight🍣
This was my first time ever eating salmon that aren’t frozen and cheap. Personally I still prefer chicken but it’s not bad. I’ll have the other salmon piece for lunch tomorrow 😋

ICE CREAM OMG!! I’ve challenged ice cream once before but I challenged the sweet cone today. I’ve avoided it for so long that I forgot how it tastes, and it was really good! Surprisingly I don’t feel that guilty about the ice cream

This is the first time in the spring break I had a normal meal for lunch
I wanted to make a wrap but the salad+shrimp didn’t fit into the wrap so I had a bread on the side instead.
I was stressed because I had an almost normal breakfast but I ate this all

My eds voice was loud today but I still ate enough. My body needs it even though I don’t have hunger cues.
I don’t eat that healthy in the last few days and I really feel guilty about what I eat and how much I eat😕

My ed’s voice was very loud today and I really wanted to skip dessert and to have a lower calorie, lower carb dinner but I didn’t let the voice win so I did what the old(non disordered) me would have done and ate my cravings and desserts too and had enough calories!😊
